Terms of Use

Plain-English summary: The app is free to use. Your schedule lives on your device, so backing it up is your job and we cannot recover it. Do not resell the app or strip the branding. It is provided as is, with no warranty, and our liability is capped at one hundred dollars.

1. Agreement

By using PT Time Block Timeline, whether through timeblock.vipelex.com or a downloaded desktop build, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

2. Who We Are

PT Time Block Timeline is published by Vipelex LLC ("we," "us"), a Delaware limited liability company. Contact: spinner@vipelex.com.

3. Licence to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own planning, personally or inside your own business. The app is provided free of charge and no payment is taken on this site.

You may not:

Sell, sublicence, rent, or redistribute the app or any build of it
Remove, obscure, or replace the PT Time Block Timeline or Vipelex branding
Reverse engineer the app except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded
Present the app or a derivative of it as your own product

4. Your Data Is Your Responsibility

The app stores your schedule locally on your own device and keeps no server-side copy. That is a deliberate design choice, and it has one consequence you need to understand before you rely on the app for anything important:

We cannot recover your data. Ever. Clearing browser storage, using private browsing, resetting a profile, switching browsers, or losing the device will delete your schedule, and there is no backup on our side to restore from. Export or copy anything you cannot afford to lose.

We are not liable for loss of schedule data under any circumstances, including a bug in the app itself.

5. Email Updates

Signup is optional and free. No purchase is required and none is offered.
We send updates about the app. Frequency is at our discretion.
Every message carries an unsubscribe link.
Submit only an email address you own or are authorised to use.

What happens to that address is set out in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not use the app or this site to attempt unauthorised access to any system, to probe or test its security, to submit automated or fraudulent signups, to transmit malware, or to break any applicable law. We may block any visitor or subscriber that does, without notice.

7. Not Professional Advice

The app is a planning tool. Nothing in it or on this site is medical, psychological, financial, legal, or productivity advice, and no outcome is promised. How you schedule your time, and what results from it, is your decision.

8. Availability and Changes

The app and site are provided on an as-available basis. We may change, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of them at any time without notice, including features you rely on. We do not guarantee uptime, backward compatibility of stored data between versions, or continued availability of any download.

9. Intellectual Property

The app, its source code, design, interface, name, and the Vipelex and PT Time Block Timeline marks are owned by Vipelex LLC. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you. Content you create inside the app remains yours.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app and site are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, data integrity, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vipelex LLC and its members are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost revenue, lost or corrupted data, missed appointments, or business interruption arising from your use of the app or site, under any theory of liability, even if advised of the possibility.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions. Where that is the case, the above applies only so far as permitted, and nothing here limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vipelex LLC and its members from any claim, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the app or site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of a third party's rights.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, EEA, or UK, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law where you live.

14. Severability and Waiver

If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force and that provision is narrowed to the minimum extent necessary. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms. The revision takes effect when posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after that date means you accept it.
