Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are
Vipelex LLC ("we," "us"), a Delaware limited liability company, publishes PT Time Block Timeline and operates timeblock.vipelex.com. We are the data controller for the small amount of information described below.
2. Your Schedule Data Stays With You
This is the part most people want to know first.
Everything you enter into the app, including blocks, tasks, labels, timings, and notes, is written to localStorage in your own browser or to local storage on your own machine in the desktop build. It is never transmitted to us, and we have no way to read it. We operate no account system, no cloud sync, and no server-side copy of your schedule.
Two consequences follow from that, and both are on you rather than on us:
- Clearing your browser data, or using private browsing, deletes your schedule permanently. We cannot restore it.
- Your data does not follow you between browsers, devices, or profiles.
3. What We Actually Collect

We do not collect your name, phone number, address, payment details, or location. We do not store your IP address against your email record.
4. Analytics and Cookies
This site runs no analytics and no advertising trackers. There is no Google Analytics, no pixel, and no third-party measurement script.
Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to tell humans from bots. The app itself uses localStorage rather than cookies, and that storage is functional, not tracking.
5. Legal Bases (GDPR)
- Consent for the email list. You gave it by submitting the form, and you can withdraw it at any time.
- Legitimate interest for security and edge logging.
6. Who We Share It With
- Cloudflare for hosting, security, edge logs, and KV storage of the email list
- Emailit for sending updates, where list forwarding is switched on
- Authorities only when legally compelled
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
7. How Long We Keep It
- Email list entries: until you unsubscribe or ask for removal, then deleted within 30 days.
- Edge logs: typically 30 days at Cloudflare, then discarded.
- Your schedule: kept by your own browser until you clear it. We hold no copy and no retention period applies.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the personal data we hold, to object to processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your local supervisory authority.
Since the only record we hold is your email address, most requests resolve immediately. Email spinner@vipelex.com with the subject line "Privacy request" and we will respond within 30 days.
To delete your schedule, clear the site's storage in your own browser settings. You do not need us for that.
9. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as the CCPA/CPRA defines those terms, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve months. You will not be treated differently for exercising these rights.
10. Children
This site and app are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
11. Security
We serve every request over HTTPS and keep the email list in access-controlled Cloudflare KV storage. Your schedule data carries the security of your own device, which is a meaningful advantage and also means an unlocked or shared machine exposes it. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects the email list, we will notify affected subscribers and the relevant authorities as required by law.
12. International Transfers
Vipelex LLC is based in the United States and our processors operate globally. If you are in the EU, EEA, or UK, your email address will be transferred to the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent mechanism offered by the processor.

14. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes get a new "Last updated" date here and, where required, an email notice.
